Lord of Chaos Read Along – The Schedule

JordanLordOfChaosYes! The WoT Quad is continuing The Wheel of Time madness with Book 6 in the epic fantasy series by Robert Jordan. First, let me thank my fellow Rand-land cohorts for carrying this read along on. They have been absolutely wonderful readers to pick this series apart and analyze every little bit with me. I know my personal reviews of the books have sometimes been luke warm, but I have thoroughly enjoyed the read along adventure because of these people: Liesel of Musings on Fantasia (always thoughtfully digs up spoiler free fan art for us newbies to enjoy); Eivind of the Awesome Commentators (giving us just enough hints of what is to come to send us rushing back to read the next section); and Sue from Coffee, Cookies, and Chili Peppers (who always has the best analysis and wickedly accurate predictions of where the story is going).

With that said, below is the schedule for Lord of Chaos. If you would like to join and receive the questions a few days ahead of post date, leave a comment with your email address or email me directly (nrlymrtl at gmail dot com).

  1. I would like to be included! I am still on Fires Of Heaven, page 167, but i love to get the emails and read through the comments when i catch up to where the group “was”. Thanks for letting me stalk. -den

  2. Just found your blog! I’m only on book 4 right now, but will hopefully catch up with you soon and will join in 🙂 I’m reading the series as part of my writerly education, but enjoying it thoroughly!

  3. We’re slightly more than a third of the way through, having spent 40 weeks so far, not including the breaks. That’ll put us at about 115 parts in total, including the prequel, or about two years and three months. If there are no more breaks we should be done around March or April 2015.

Comments are always appreciated, so don't be shy!
